Was ist XGA?

Erweitertes Grafik-Array

XGA, kurz für Extended Graphics Array, wurde 1990 eingeführt und ist IBMs Upgrade auf den VGA-Videostandard. Mit einer Auflösung von 1.024 horizontalen Pixeln mal 768 vertikalen Pixeln und 256 Farben ist es ein proprietärer Standard.

XGA wird manchmal falsch als XVGA geschrieben.
